For Breastfeeding & Pumping Care

1. After nursing or pumping, wash your hands and gently pat the nipple and areola dry if needed.
2. Warm a small amount of Nipple Restore Cream between clean fingertips, then gently smooth a thin layer over the nipple and areola.
3. Allow the cream to settle naturally into the skin before covering with clothing or a nursing pad.
