Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
At Fleuriation, we begm preparmg your order with care as soon as it's placed. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as quickly as possible. Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are not able to cancel it.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@fleuriation.com with your order number and request. We'll be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, it will need to follow our Return Policy once it arrives.
Subscription
When you choose a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each shipment, unless you've chosen to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you'd prefer not to continue, you can cancel or make changes at any time before your next order processes. To manage your subscription, simply use the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are not yet available or will be available soon. Depending on the product, we may collect a partial payment or store your payment method to charge once the item is ready to ship. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
