Daily Exfoliating Body Cleanse

1. Wet your skin thoroughly with comfortably warm water.
2. Work the bar between wet hands, a washcloth, soap pouch, or directly over desired body areas to create a rich, textured lather. The finely ground coffee will be naturally visible throughout the lather.
3. Massage gently using circular motions, paying a little extra attention to rough, dry-feeling areas such as the elbows, knees, heels, backs of the arms, and legs. Let the coffee provide the exfoliation, there's no need to scrub aggressively.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm or lukewarm water until the lather and coffee particles are completely removed.
